Shipping within Germany

We ship your order climate-neutrally with DHL GoGreen. The shipping costs are a flat rate of EUR 5.90 and are automatically added to the shopping cart if the order value is less than EUR 150. For orders over EUR 150, shipping is free.

Shipping within the EU

We ship your order climate-neutrally with DHL GoGreen to the following EU countries: Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, France, Sweden, Czech Republic, Italy, Malta, Spain, Iceland. The shipping costs are a flat rate of 16.00 EUR and are automatically added to the shopping cart if the order value is less than 150€. For orders over 150€, shipping is free.

Shipping outside the EU

We ship your order climate-neutrally with DHL GoGreen outside the EU to Switzerland and Canada. The shipping costs are a flat rate of €20 and are automatically added to the shopping cart if the order value is less than €200. For orders over €200, shipping is free. Please note: Import duties may apply for goods delivered outside the European Union. We are not responsible for any customs costs that may arise.

We accept unworn and unwashed returns. For a full refund, please ensure the original tags are attached.

In Germany you have 14 days to return the items from the day you received them.

Outside Germany you have 21 days to return the items from the day you received them.

We recommend choosing a trackable shipping method. Unfortunately, we cannot replace goods lost during return shipping. Once we receive the package, we will refund the amount to you. Please note that this process can take up to 14 days.
