Shipping policy

Here you can find all information about return shipping costs, postage and shipping costs for deliveries:

1. within Germany: 4,90 EUR, free shipping from 100,00 EUR purchase value

2. we ship to the following EU countries

Zone 1, shipping flat rate of 14,00 EUR, free of charge from 130,00 EUR purchase value:

Austria, Belgium, Denmark (except Faroe Islands and Greenland), Finland, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Iceland, Monaco

3. we ship to the following countries outside the EU:

Zone 2, shipping and handling flat rate of 18,00 Euro, free of charge from 150 EUR purchase value:

Please note: For deliveries of goods outside the European Union, import duties (customs duties) may apply. We will not be liable for any customs duties that may be incurred.

Return Policy
We accept unworn and unwashed returns. For a full refund please ensure that the original tags are attached.
In Germany you have 14 days to return the item from the day you received it.
Outside of Germany you have 21 days to return the goods from the day you received them.

Please note that the return shipping costs will be borne by you.


Return process
1. inform us about the return by sending an email to hello@studiobumbuli.com.
2. send the package back to
Marion Wenzel, studio bumbuli, Schönhauser Allee 170, 10435 Berlin, Germany We recommend that you choose a traceable shipping method. Unfortunately, we cannot replace goods lost in the return shipment.
3. as soon as we have received the package, the money will be refunded. This process can take up to two weeks.
